Welcome to my site…

Hopefully, you’ve had a chance to get to know me a little by looking around my new website. Isn’t it looking awesome? I’m so proud of this new space and I’m excited about bringing all of my passions together with fitness, health and music all in one location. It’s a great way for me to get to know you too. Feel free to leave comments, questions and generally think of me as your own personal Bristol based fitness guru. More about that later!

This spring, I was absolutely thrilled to be featured in an issue of The Bristol Magazine, as shown above in the picture. If you haven’t grabbed a copy yet, you can take a peek at the online version, where you’ll see a familiar face on page 80. Yep, it’s me! I really enjoyed working with Editor Georgette McCready; it’s always fun to see my clients sweaty, a little puffed out but incredibly happy at the end of a workout.

It was also great for Georgette to experience the GH Health and Fitness Gym first-hand. Though she has never been a huge fan of gyms, it’s a fantastically private place to work out and the personal, one-on-one feel of our session (with some upbeat tunes thrown in) really seemed to appeal to her. Not to mention, my Tracy Anderson training techniques are always popular once clients realize they’re the secret behind Gwyneth Paltrow’s legs. Pretty good incentive, right?

So, now that my website has launched, what can you expect to find here?

Well, in addition to news and stories about what’s going on in my own life here in Bristol, you can expect lots of fitness and nutrition advice, including video blogs and even tasty recipes. I’ll also be putting my alter ego – DJ Miss Grace – to good use by uploading free downloadable ‘Miss Grace Workout Mixes’. Check back often to find new playlists that’ll energise your fitness routines and make them fly by! I’ll also have updates of my latest Djing gigs featured here.

In the meantime, I would love to get to know more about you. Where do you work out? What are your fitness and nutrition goals this year?
