Whats the most important part of the service you offer?
I passionately believe in helping improve my clients' health, fitness & wellbeing, by providing confidence boosting one to one & group training sessions with fun workouts and clear nutritional advice.
What is the most satisfying aspect of your job?
Building a strong rapport with each client and improving their lifestyle is the most rewarding part of my work.
I love training in the beautiful outdoor spaces of Bristol, like Brandon Hill or Clifton Downs. The indoor studios I work in are fun and friendly, which keeps it varied.
What kind of training do you offer?
I love to make fun and dynamic workout sessions. Depending on the client’s needs I use a range of techniques including HIIT Training (timed interval training), Spin, Boxing, Circuit Training and the Tracy Anderson Method, which all together create a lean, defined and balanced body. I often finish the training session with Yoga stretches to relax after a hard workout session!
