Highly qualified, I operate at Level 3 REPS with full Insurance and offer a wealth of experience and knowledge in Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology. I am also a passionate dance instructor who knows how to make intense workouts fun!

In my spare time, I DJ dance music. The music helps me maintain high energy and motivation during my lively training sessions and engaging fitness programmes.

As a child I was very active. However at the age of 12 we moved to another part of the country, I started at a new school, but didn’t have much in the way of a sports program. I wasn’t happy with the move and this is when my relationship with food became unhealthy. I started comfort and emotional eating. This led me to steadily gain weight into my 20’s where I weighed in at 136kg (over 21stone).

I decided I wanted to make a change. For the first month of my journey I was too scared to step on the scales or even take proper progress photos. I found it too hard to face the true reality of where I was.

Even though my initial weight loss came in the first 6-9 months, the past 10 years I have changed my life in so many different ways. In becoming healthier, happier and fitter. Seeing these changes was, and continues to be, a great source of motivation for me.

This journey and passion has led me to find my dream career. To be able to help other people feel that they are a better and happier version of themselves. To feel strong in their body and within themselves.  To Train with Liam contact Grace Fitness here..
